    Just wanted to quickly mention that the various guests we send to Bouchon have been coming back raving about their meals. From the ambiance, food, service and overall experience, they have been taken by your restaurant, and your staff definitely deserves a big thank you for making us look good in recommending you all.

    In fact, two women staying with us asked for me this morning. They simply wanted to thank me for the wonderful time they had at Bouchon last night. I sent them there speaking highly of the mussels specials, but both went for other entrees and a bottle of wine and couldn’t have been happier.

    As our first evening out together in 16 months, since the birth of our son… we decided to try your restaurant to celebrate our anniversary. We had searched several other restaurants online that have always garnered praise, yours being one of them. We picked you since the prices were more reasonable, encouraging us to try some place new. We loved both your wine and food selection, the patient service, the personal visit from you twice. We were both restaurant managers, in fact and had been in the industry for too many years to count, just recently making our escape. Still, we remarked, it’s a sweet, unpretentious place like Bouchon that makes you want to open your own place again. Which we aren’t doing of course, but it allowed us to remember all that we loved about caring for people and our passion for food. So we wanted to extend our thanks for making our special night out memorable… making it feel seamless and effortless, very personal and down-to-earth. It is a refreshing find in the restaurant world.
